With this in mind, we will be limiting numbers to no more than 35, and inviting you to send in questions/topics for discussion prior to the event so we can get you involved and make sure we focus on what's important to you.

 Katrina Collier - Katrina Collier, Director, Winning Impression
 Social Media has been a huge game changer for the Recruitment Industry as 'Agents' lost control of their little black books as more and more professionals appeared online. Katrina founded Winning Impression when she realised that there was little help out there for companies who wanted to cut their recruitment spend by using social media to recruit. Katrina shows companies how to incorporate social recruiting into their overall recruitment strategy and provides hands-on training so they can source and attract top talent directly, dramatically reducing their overall recruitment spend.  Charly Stephenson - Talent & Resourcing Project Manager at Kcom
 Charly has worked at KCOM Group PLC since August 2006 as part of the HR team, specialising in Recruitment. She introduced social media to the recruitment process in 2010 and now leads the social media strategy for the team, along with working with the wider Group as part of the social media steering group. Charly now works as a Talent & Resourcing Project Manager focusing on driving improvement within Recruitment, Learning & Development and the Group’s people strategy. Prior to working at KCOM Group, Charly worked in in the recruitment industry predominately in the finance and office administration sectors.

 KCOM Group PLC started using social media in its recruitment process in 2009 by signing up to LinkedIn and Twitter through standard accounts. In 2010 the recruitment team invested in one Recruiter Seat and so far have saved in excess of £250K in agency fees, they now post all of their vacancies to LinkedIn and Twitter and have a combined following of 5070 people across both social networks. Over the next few months, the team are trialling video interviewing and video advertising – along with being in the process of creating a mobile careers page and application form.

 Marcus has over 15 years experience within the recruitment industry building and leading teams for one of the industries fastest growing and most successful recruitment companies of the 'naughties'. Marcus now runs his own recruitment training business and works with in-house recruitment teams helping them to develop direct recruitment strategies. Marcus joined the IOR because of their commitment to raising the standards of the industry through education and training, something he is passionate about.
