Title: Italian Customer Support
Location: Athens, Greece
Start date : ASAP

We are currently hiring Italian speaking, entry-level, professionals for a Customer Support project in a leading multinational company. Join us, and feel the authentic spirit of ancient and modern Athens, while gaining experience in an international office environment.

Full relocation and paid training is provided to accepted candidates.

* Interaction with customers to solve various issues and provide information;
* Communication through e-mail, chat, phone, and social media;
* Proactive communication with customers to expand product knowledge and company policies;
* Interaction with other company departments;

Main Requirements:
* Fluent Italian and advanced English - both verbal and written;
* At least one year of experience in a similar role;
* Excellent communication skills and active listening;
* Advanced computer skills;
* A problem solver;
* Time management skills;


Relocation package includes : flight tickets, taxi from the airport, 2 weeks hotel accommodation (bed and breakfast), assistance in finding a place of residence ;
