Job Description

Pertemps have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join an expanding team in its Cirencester Office. Free parking and full training will be provided.

As an Administrator, your duties will be to:
  • Process weekly payroll in line with the deadlines.
  • Ensure payroll queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice queries.
  • Undertake compliance checks and audits.
  • Make and track exit calls.
  • Produce MI for the Management Team.
  • Provide general office support for the management team and the onsite teams.
The ideal Administrator will have the following skills and experience:
  • Highly motivated with a great deal of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work using your own initiative.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritise your workload.
  • Positive attitude.
  • IT literate - excellent Word and Excel skills.
  • Previous office experience or as an Administrator.
In return, the Administrator will receive a competitive salary of £15,000 - £17,000 per annum depending on experience.
