LOCATION: Preston, Lancashire
JOB TITLE: B2B Sales Advisor / Sales Representative 
SALARY & BENEFITS: £15,000 - £16,000 plus uncapped bonus structure – Realistic OTE of £20K-£23k plus numerous additional incentives throughout the year, full training and free on site parking
WORKING HOURS: Full Time – Monday to Friday 08:30am – 5pm 

THE COMPANY: Our client is proud to be 1 of 40 independently owned BT Partners and a division of the BT Local Business Group. Our clients specialise in the selling of communication solutions to small to medium sized companies and are currently serving more than 1.2 million customers.

They currently look after 40,000 existing businesses and are currently on a the lookout for new B2B Sales Advisor's / Sales Representatives who are interested in a career with a leading brand such as BT who are capable of acquiring new business customers for our clients and can grow existing relationships.

In return they offer an uncapped bonus structure with realistic OTE's, full training and genuine developmental opportunities as well as additional incentives throughout the year. 

THE ROLE: As a B2B Sales Advisor / Sales Representative you will be responsible for making outbound calls to identify business opportunities selling a full range of BT products and services including Broadband, Mobiles and our client's competitive Calls and Lines packages as well as retaining and up selling to existing customers. In addition you will identify and create opportunities for the field based sales team who visit the customer base selling larger solutions including telephone systems, cloud based systems and Data solutions. 

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the B2B Sales Advisor / Sales Representatives role must be a self motivated and enthusiastic person who is resilient and confident in making outbound calls, as well as someone who has an excellent telephone manner and experience in outbound sales. You should be well organised and have the ability to work on your own initiative without close supervision. Although not essential, previous experience in B2B (Business to Business) sales would be an advantage as would an understanding or experience within the telecoms market. 

Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the B2B Sales Advisor / Sales Representatives role in Preston, Lancashire :-

Self-motivated and competitive personality
Confident making outbound calls
Previous outbound sales experience 
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to work on own initiative without close supervision
Although not essential, an understanding of telecoms market or previous experience in B2B sales would be desirable
