A Sous Chef is required to complete the team at this Superb Hotel and award winning restaurant.
The Head Chef is looking for somebody who will be involved in the day to day running of the banqueting and functions
The position will involve attending meetings, organising and delegating the prep and sending the functions, ensuring that standards are maintained and the guests are happy.
The Head Chef is happy for the Sous Chef to contribute menu ideas to complement their existing menus that also cater for a range of events with bespoke menus created for the clients.
This is a great opportunity for a talented chef with experience in both Fine Dining and Banqueting who is looking to take on more responsibility and develop their skills further. My client will consider a strong Junior Sous with relevant experience looking for a step up.
We are looking for someone with a keen interest in food and a great personality to share their passion for the hospitality industry in delivering service with a smile. You will be working in a busy environment which requires a consistency in customer service, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure.
This is a Live out position so applicants will need to live in The Brighton or Hove area
Salary upto £30,000 (depending upon experience)
