Job DescriptionThe company is an established recruitment agency since 1979 supplying driving and industrial
staff to logistics, industrial and skilled sectors. It is now seeking a Branch / Recruitment Manager based in Bournemouth to join its expanding team.
The company has 8 offices spanning the Southwest and still expanding. It also runs a training division to offer various training options to upskill.
As the Branch / Recruitment Manager your duties will include:
- Overseeing the smooth running of at the branch, sales, client relationship and service delivery.
- Maintaining and building on existing client relationships.
- Taking orders and looking after the needs of customers.
- Driving forward the branch via sales and new business development.
- Recruiting staff of the required standard and experience.
- Providing accurate and punctual timesheets for the payroll run.
To be a successful Branch / Recruitment Manager you will have the following skills and experience:
- Good telephone manner.
- Experience in sales and recruitment would be an advantage.
- Good spoken English.
- UK driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of transport / logistics.
- Numerate to process quotations and sales.
The Manager will be working Monday to Friday - 50/50 in the office and out visiting clients.
In return, the Branch Manager will receive a salary of £28000 per annum, OTE £36000 plus a bonus, mobile phone, pension, use of a company pool car and much more.
