Job Description

THE ROLE

I am seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor who is MRICS qualified to join my client in their Manchester office.

You will have broad based building surveying experience on both project and professional work.

You will have the opportunity of working on new build and refurbishment projects and my client is involved with a good range of properties including in the private and public sectors.

You will need a UK driving licence as there will be a need for some travel in the UK.

Good prospects for the right candidate.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a a large multi disciplinary firm of consultants with offices in the UK and abroad.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with experience of both project and professional work.

You will need to be from recently chartered level with experience of managing projects.

You will need broad based experience as you will be involved in all aspects of building surveying work and good technical competence is essential.

Duties will include project management of refurbishment schemes, design and contract administration, building surveys, dilapidations and acquisition surveys and party wall duties.

Salary is very negotiable and my client plus there is a car or allowance, pension contribution, professional subscription paid plus flexible benefits scheme.
