Chef de Partie 2 Rosette Brighton East Sussex 20K Plus Tips

Following a multi-million pound refurbishment my client is looking for a Chef de Partie to join this stunning coastal Hotel and award winning restaurant, using the best locally sourced ingredients.

The property is part of a medium sized group of privately owned hotels and restaurants under the guidance of a Michelin starred chef.

To apply for this position you will need to have previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients ideally in Rosette standard kitchens but this is not essential if you can demonstrate good skills and have a passion for excellent cooking.

As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of the team assisting with daily Prep and ensuring that your section is clean, organised and ready for service. Over a period of time and depending upon how quickly you learn new things, you will have the opportunity to work in all sections of the kitchen.

There is no live in with this position so applicants will need to live in the Brighton or Hove area with their own transport if required.
