Job Description

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
* Work alongside the team in producing the very highest quality food 
* Ensure the correct ‘mise en place’ is in place prior to service 
* Follow agreed recipes 
* Ensure minimal wastage 
* Take pride in your section, cleaning along as you work 
* Adherence to all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety regulations and Company standards: 
- Ensure that all food is consistently prepared and stored to meet regulations 
- Ensure the kitchen is cleaned to the standard set by Health & Safety legislation 
- Have a basic understanding and knowledge of food safety law 
- Report any potential hazards 
- Wear the correct and well maintained dress code 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie . 
* Basic knowledge of Food Safety Law 
* High standard of personal presentation 
* Committed to delivering a first class customer service 
* Friendly manner 
* Highly organised 
* Genuine interest in food and drink and desire to progress
