Commis Chef Leicester Upto 16K Plus Tips and Live In

Commis Chef required for this superb Country House Hotel, Brasserie and Fine Dining Restaurant Located close to Leicester.

The Head Chef is looking for a Commis Chef with previous experience of working in hotels or restaurants cooking with all or mostly fresh ingredients and ideally qualified to NVQ level 2 or above but this is not essential if you can demonstrate some skills and some food knowledge.

As Commis Chef you will be working as part of the kitchen team completing a variety of tasks from the daily prep lists and ensuring that your section is organised and ready for service. You will mostly be working under supervision of a Chef de Partie but after training you will gradually be given more responsibility ultimately aiming to run the section and gain promotion to Demi or Chef De Partie

There is Live in available if required for this position but would also suit anyone living in the Leicester, Lutterworth, Market Harborough or possibly Rugby area with your own transport
