Job Description

One of the UK's leading providers of skilled technical resource supporting the financial services and banking industry are offering fantastic contract opportunities for Complaint Handlers based in Watford for an initial period of 3-4 months.


The Handler would be required to work full-time Monday to Friday normal office hours.

As a Complaint Handleryou must have the following experience:

  • Previous experience in a regulated services complaints role.
  • Experience in writing final letter responses
  • Experience in complaints covering the full review process.
  • Strong communications skills and experience of speaking to customers directly.
  • Fluent English both written and verbal.
  • Extremely professional, well-presented and motivated with a strong work ethic.
 
Please note you must be able to travel to Watford for this role and be available for the duration of the project.


The Handler will also be required to complete a Criminal Records Bureau check and Credit Check for this project.


In return, the Complaint Handler will receive a salary of £200 per day.
