Job Description

CMD are pleased to be working with a fantastic employer based in Melksham who are looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
 

Working in a friendly, fast paced Sales office you will provide wide-ranging support to your designated Account Manager, key duties will include:

  • Proof reading artwork
  • Booking in customer orders
  • Liaising with the internal departments
  • Providing exceptional customer service

The successful candidate will be client focused, someone who is highly organised, with good communication skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner as you will have regular contact with clients and suppliers. You will be keen to learn you will also demonstrate an excellent eye for detail and be resilient under pressure, in order to deal with the variable workloads and deadlines that this position involves.
