Job Description

Purpose of the Job: To arrange and control export and imports for overseas and UK offices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Domestic and International Courier services.


Key Activities:

-Receiving shipments from various sources

-Opening bookings and updating bookings

-Arranging export shipments with carriers

-Arranging import and return courier shipments using various online systems.

-Completing export documents required for overseas shipments

-Some heavy lifting maybe required.


Professional Experience: Some courier / Air information would be beneficial although onsite training will be given.

Key Competencies:


-Excellent ICT skills to include Microsoft packages.

-Attention to detail

-Good communication skills, both verbal and written

-Fast and accurate keyboard skills

-Friendly, Calm and professional manner

-Ability to adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team

-Good time management
