THE COMPANY: Our client is a self-adhesive paper manufacturer. Their aim is to be a major player within the developed markets they serve as a result of their continual investment in self-adhesive material production as well as chemical manufacturing. They are looking to recruit a
Customer Service Representative to join their team in Market Harborough where theyservice the UK market as well as other global markets.
THE ROLE: The Customer service team are the first point of contact for customers and play a key part in the success of the business. You will be based at the Market Harborough office where you will join a small committed team. You will take incoming calls from customers and assist with placing orders, liaising with internal teams and also dealing with complaints.

THE CANDIDATE:The Customer Service Representative role is all about the person rather than experience. If you have a “can do” attitude and enjoy dealing with customers in a busy and varied role then we would love to hear from you. You must be the type of person who takes pride in helping the team and the business to provide our customers with first class service. In today’s competitive market it is often excellent service that wins.
You will need to be competent in using Microsoft office packages and have a professional approach to your work. Experience of SAP will be helpful but your most important asset will be your attitude and work ethic.

• Must live within a commutable distance to Market Harborough, Leicestershire
• Competent in the use of Microsoft office
• Previous experience dealing with customers
• Experience using SAP desirable but not essential
