Job Description

A growing research and development tax specialist based in Salford is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The office is located just outside of the city centre within a fantastic business centre with easy access to the train station and bus routes.


They have developed a unique and highly efficient method, which streamlines the process, ensuring their clients receive a maximised rebate, whilst taking as little valuable time away from their businesses.


Quality assurance is a key goal, they pride themselves on delivering an outstanding service to both clients and partners, in return the company offer a fantastic range of benefits including, full training and support, great sales incentives, monthly company nights out and an early finish on a Friday!


As a Customer Service Representative, your main duties will include:
  • Calling/emailing clients to obtain information and rebook appointments.
  • Liaising with the sales office.
  • Chasing up on information missed from telesales calls.
  • Updating information on the internal system.
  • Resolving client issues.

To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Very professional with previous experience in telesales or telephone customer service with previous experience in making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (communicating effectively with clients is a major part of the job).
  • The ability to work well under pressure, multi-tasking and prioritising workloads.
  • Must have a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and drive change.
  • To be highly proactive in the approach to new work opportunities.
  • The ability to identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction as well as resolving challenging situations.
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems and an interest in finance or technology would be beneficial.
Your normal working hours will be Monday – Thursday 9AM-6PM and Friday 9AM-2.30PM


In return, a Customer Representative will receive a salary of £16,000 Per Annum plus a monthly bonus of up to £1000!
