Executive Head Pastry Chef Horsham West Sussex upto 37K plus Tips

This superb deluxe Country House Hotel is looking for an Executive Head Pastry Chef to lead the Pastry team serving an interesting mix of mid week corporate, weekend weddings, summer afternoon teas, private dining, Brasserie Food & Superb Fine Dining.

The Executive Head Chef is looking for an Industry professional capable of leading and inspiring the pastry team and must have previously worked at Michelin level.

Previous experience as a Head Pastry Chef is essential ideally in a 4 or 5 Star Hotel

Produce a full range of classic and artisan breads, pastries, petit fours, ice-creams, desserts and afternoon teas, cakes and scones and wedding/function desserts


Excellent starting Salary of upto £37,000 depending upon experience
