Field Sales & Customer Services Representative

Appealing Snax is a vibrant and expanding company looking for a Field Sales and Customer Services representative to join our team and take over management of our snack boxes in the Bury St Edmunds area.

Your role will include:
  • Visiting and refilling snack boxes in businesses, schools and community centres – managing an existing customer base, responding to customer needs.
  • Collecting and accounting for the money taken
  • Siting boxes with new customers – developing the territory
  • Managing the performance of the snack boxes – getting the best out of them by making sure customer needs are met.
  • Building good relationships with the people where these boxes are sited.
A small van is provided.

What we are looking for:
  • Customer service or sales experience
  • Clean Driving Licence
  • Computer literate – you will enter data onto our computer program
  • A mature and responsible outlook
  • Good communication skills and a sunny personality
  • You must have your own laptop (Windows, not Mac)
 You must be physically fit, self-motivated and very organised. Immediate start for the right candidate.

On completion of initial training and probation Appealing Snax offers you a salary of £20,000 + performance related bonus (OTE £25,000). You will get 28 days annual holiday (including public holidays).
