Global EHS Manager - South East Wales

My client is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Safety Manager to be responsible for leading the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) program across our clients manufacturing sites.

Role profile

Nurture an 'Injury Free Culture' and mindset across all Employees, Customers and suppliers,
Lead a high-impact, metric-based global safety program that is embraced by the organization.
Establish EHS program direction and priorities, plan and direct enhancements or modifications as required.
Coach, develop, and manage direct and indirect reports - setting goals and priorities accordingly.
Assist and guide the Site's safety leaders in putting together and driving an annual safety program and follow-up on its execution.
Consolidate a global Safety status report, encourage share learning and drive a continual improvement in Safety performance.

Experience required

Safety Leadership!
The ability to create a desired Corporate reality of 'Injury Free Culture'.
B.Sc. in Engineering or first degree in technical related field.
Significant experience in managing Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs in a global environment.
Leadership and execution capabilities.
Decision making and task prioritization capabilities, while demonstrating flexible thinking.
Highly organized and attentive to detail.
Willingness to travel internationally
