An outstanding hotel guest relations opportunity to join a highly recognised and popular Southampton city centre based hotel.
As Guest Experience Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the guests receive the ultimate guest experience throughout their stay and for overseeing and co-ordinating the Guest Relations operation The position is permanent.

As Guest Experience Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the guests receive the ultimate guest experience throughout their stay and for overseeing and co-ordinating the Guest Relations operation to establish and maintain marketing objectives and operating criteria.
Knowledge and Skills:
This position would suit an experienced hospitality focused Guest Relations professional , with a passion to achieve outstanding hospitality.
Career driven and wanting to enhance your knowledge and skills, highly customer and guest focused.
You will be a strong and confident communicator with a natural ability to engage and build relationships at all levels and be capable of thinking on your feet to offer outstanding hospitality at all times.
This role requires someone with first class listening skills, who is empathetic, shows real passion for managing and enhancing the guest journey and is a true master of service recovery.
As a brand ambassador, you will need excellent influencing skills; creating opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through recommendation of our facilities and incentives on offer.
Can work collaboratively across the hotels and central teams
Excellent inter-personal and relationship building skills
