Head Chef Rugby Warwickshire upto 30K Plus Tips and Bonus

Head Chef required to lead the kitchen at this superb country Dining Restaurant Located between Kettering and Rugby, serving a nice mixture of Classic Pub Food, refined country restaurant cooking and seasonal/daily specials taking full advantage of the local produce.

As Head Chef your involvement and input is crucial to the continued success of this thriving and growing business so duties, skills and attributes will include a friendly personality with definite ‘can do’ attitude, excellent attention to detail, real passion for food and drink, with ability to bring added value to whatever you do.

The owners are really looking for somebody with real skill and passion for cooking with a genuine interest in building up the lunchtime trade whilst further improving the evening following.

Part of your duties will include taking complete financial control of the kitchen so full knowledge of stock control, purchasing and menu planning skills are imperative.

Ensuring that all HACCAP, CoSHH reports are maintained and monitored alongside general kitchen management including wastage controls etc.


Starting Salary or £27,000 - £30,000 per year (depending upon experience)
Equal share of staff tips
