Pay: £75-£100 per day, depending on experience

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) at this primary school close, you will need to be highly organised and excellent at working under pressure.

As well as assisting the class Teacher with the planning and preparation of lessons, you will also need to develop and prepare the resources for those lessons, when required.

One of the key duties which sets this HLTA role apart from a Teaching Assistant role is PPA Cover in Years 3 and 6. Within a pre-determined framework, you will be required to teach whole classes to cover the Teacher's PPA considerations.
