Junior Sous Chef Bournemouth Dorset 23k Plus Tips

My client is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join this stunning Harbourside hotel and award winning restaurant.

The Hotel is part of a small but growing group of hotel led by a Michelin starred chef, who has a fantastic reputation in the area for using the amazing local produce, featuring lots of Fish and Shellfish alongside lots of seasonal ingredients from the New Forest.

As Junior Sous Chef you will need to have previous experience of cooking all fresh ingredients from scratch ideally in a Hotel or Restaurant

As Junior Sous Chef you will be working closely with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen and on-going menu development

This role would also suit a strong Chef de Partie looking for their next career move as a Junior Sous Chef.

This is a live out position so applicants will need to live in the Bournemouth, Poole, Ringwood, Christchurch or Lymington area with their own transport if required
