Lead/Snr Business Analyst (Digital, E-Commerce) - Stockholm

95,000 Euro to 115,000 Euro + bonus + shares + benefits

They are looking for two Analysts, a high level Agile Lead Business Analyst and a Snr Business Analyst to be based in Stockholm, potentially Gothenburg could work as well.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Lead/Senior Business Analyst role is exciting and varied, being responsible for ensuring our clients receive the very best of our services. We work on tough challenges and deliver results, relentlessly. With extensive experience in core tools and techniques, our BA community is able to innovate, and adapt our approach to the specific demands of each client. We pride ourselves on our Agile approach.

You will work on a range of projects across the delivery lifecycle, from shaping our Client's business initiatives and turning them into real projects, through to guiding our development teams to meet the business needs and deliver Engineering Excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:

In depth knowledge of digital technologies and platforms, including eCommerce (SAP Hybris, Oracle ATG) and Content Management Platforms (Sitecore, AEM)
Project or team leading, coaching - mentoring client teams and junior Business Analysts
A range of business analysis tools and techniques, including some of the following: Business Cases, Vision, Data/Domain Models, Epics - User Stories, Non-Functional Requirements
Ability to 'live' the companies Agile approach and provide real demonstrations of the benefits of Agile to clients.
Fluent is Swedish language

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shaping and definition of business initiatives, turning them into projects we can deliver
Creating strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholder groups, including senior Client Executives, Account and Delivery Managers, User Experience experts and Delivery teams
End-to-end project delivery in an Agile environment
Experience in a variety of business domains, demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly to new environments
Working with offshore development teams, adapting your communications approach to meet the needs of diverse audiences
Experience in a Product Management or Product Owner role would be highly desirable
