National Trainer – Lifting Equipment 
Salary: Competitive + profit related bonus

Location: Northwest based with branch/site visits throughout the UK
Start Date: Immediate start available 
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:30pm

Due to the continued success of Lifting Gear UK, we have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and dynamic lifting equipment trainer to join our team.

As a Lifting and Handling specialist, we have decades of experience and have shown sustainable growth yearon year. Operating from 10 strategically placed branches across the UK and employing over 100 full time staff between branches. 

We specialise in the supply of equipment for various applications relating to Lifting & Handling and the service that we offer includes the Hire, Sale, Repair, Inspection, Testing and Design & Fabrication of most types of Lifting related Equipment on a regional, national & international level.
The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a real passion for training.
The training role will require you to support and train individuals across: products, examination and repair of lifting equipment and accessorises. Sharing best practices.
You will be required to promote and drive our external training department throughout the UK.
This role will also consist of travel to support employees across the network.
The ideal candidate will have:
- LEEA qualifications.
- Experience within the lifting and construction industry.
- Good understanding of LOLER & PUWER regulations.
- Extensive product knowledge and repair skills.
- Excellent communication and team working skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence
Previous training experience is preferred however; this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled lifting equipment engineer who wants to move across into a training role.
