Job Description

A broker, assisting businesses find office space is seeking an Office Administrator based in Tamworth to join its expanding team. You will be working in brand new, fully refurbished facilities near to the M42 Island. Based on the location of the role, you must have your own transport.

As the Office Administrator your duties will include:

• Creating sales and partnership reports in excel on a daily basis.
• Engaging with providers by phone and email to process updates, resolve queries and provide direct support.
• Handling database changes and updates efficiently, working in a team environment with a group mailbox.
• Making updates / changes to an internal bespoke database, including audits of data and information.
• Liaising with internal departments regularly to ensure that all processes are followed correctly.
• Reception duties including Front of the house meet and greet, post duties, call answering, customer service etc.
• Creating and sending invoices and chasing overdue fees.
• Managing shared mailboxes, categorising emails / forwarding to the relevant people, etc.
• General administration duties including filing, processing paperwork and archiving.
• Liaising with internal departments regularly to ensure that all processes are followed correctly.
• Holiday cover for other members of staff as and when required.

To be a successful Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience working in an office environment, ideally in a generalist administration role with some telephone based tasks.
• A good understanding of Outlook and Excel, and general use of PCs including the internet / browsers (our CRM is web based).
• Experience of Sage would be advantageous.
• The ability to pick up tasks and processes with ease, and understand the business processes.
• Someone who can work under pressure and to deadlines at key times (e.g., month end).

The Administrator will be working Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00.

In return, the Office Administrator will receive a salary of £16,000 - £18,000 per annum depending on experience.
