Pastry Chef de Partie Cheltenham Gloucestershire upto 19K Plus Tips

Pastry Chef de Partie required to run the pastry section at this fantastic town centre Hotel and Restaurant

As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be given plenty of opportunity to create and develop your own ideas, while working closely with the Head Chef to develop existing menus.

This will include a wide range of dessert and pastry items that you would expect including Ice Creams, Sorbets, a range of plated and buffet style desserts as well as Sunday lunch style puddings etc.

This could also be a great opportunity for a Strong pastry Commis or a Chef de Partie that would like to move into Pastry

There is no live in for this position so applicants need to be in the Cheltenham Gloucester Northleach Stroud or Cirencester areas with their own transport if required.


Salary upto £19,000 (Depending upon experience)
