PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - SOUTHAM, WARWICKSHIRE - JOB REF: JO15049

Our client offers a fantastic opportunity to work Full or Part Time for the right candidate. Part Time role would be 25 to 30 hours a week with Full Time being 40 hours a week.
Role to include but not limited to:
·Processing weekly, 4 weekly and monthly payrolls for a large portfolio of clients, ensuring all statutory deadlines are adhered to.
·Processing auto enrolment pensions, uploading files to pension portals and corresponding with pension providers.
·Dealing with client queries in relation to their payroll and pensions.
·Dealing with correspondence from HMRC.
·Sage Payroll Experience is essential. Experience with Iris ideal but not essential
Our client is looking for an individual who has the following qualities:
·An excellent knowledge of payroll legislation.
·Attention to detail.
·Organised and methodical in the ability to prioritise their workload.
·Payroll bureau experience would be beneficial.
·Excellent communication skills.
·The ability to work well under pressure.
