Job Description

Are you seeking a role with a recognized Food manufacturer who manufacture award winning premium quality products?

Operating from a large and established site my client is based on the Devon / Cornwall border. Working within a large Technical and Quality team, they are now seeking a Quality Systems Manager

Reporting to the Assistant Technical Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Raw Material function with the team. A Raw Material Technologist who you will be required to manage and develop will support you

Experience Required
Experience in a food production environment
Commitment to food safety
Food Hygiene qualification
Understanding of Quality management systems
The experience to Deputise and Support the Assistant Technical Manager
Manage the Risk Assessment and allergen controls for Raw Materials
Manage and oversee the approval process of new suppliers and raw materials on site
Own the Internal Audit Process
Proven personnel management skills
Able to influence people to ensure standards are maintained

Salary c£30,000 - £32,000 pa + Benefits with the opportunity to work for a premium manufacturer in beautiful surroundings
