Job DescriptionTHE ROLE
I am now seeking a QUANTITY SURVEYOR who speaks Norwegian and English, who has at least two years experience of working for a firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants and who is keen to join a successful firm to work on high value hotels and other projects based in OSLO, NORWAY.
A background working for another UK firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants is essential.
You will be involved in pre and post contract work on high value projects.
Initially you will report back to their Stockholm office but a new office could be opening soon in Norway.
My client is a firm of construction consultants offering clients a range of services including quantity surveying, project management etc.
They are working on a good range of construction projects for hotels, residential, offices, industrial and more.
You will be a QUANTITY SURVEYOR who has a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar built environment subject and ideally you will be MRICS qualified or have two years plus solid experience in a private practice QS firm.
You should be able to speak and write both Norwegian and English.
You will need to have good pre and post contract experience.
You should be able to run your own projects of reasonable value or work as part of a team on very high value projects.
You will have a stable work record and have worked for a known UK / European firm.
You will work on projects across Norway or further afield when required with the initial hotel project being in Oslo.
My client pays excellent salaries according to experience plus a profit share is being currently organised.
