We have a great opportunity for an experienced restaurant professional to join our clients award winning establishment

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Floor Manager will work with the existing management team to support them in the smooth running of the Restaurant.

This position will report to the Restaurant Manager and support the Restaurant Management team of the running of the Bar & Brasserie (including any functions), you will be required to provide excellent service to our customers at all times, ensuring that you and the team consistently meet the standards set for each area. Some of your key areas of responsibility will be:

- Ensure all guests are greeted and seated on arrival with a smile and all relevant information is passed onto them.

- Ensure staff has good product knowledge of menu’s, wine lists and hotel facilities.

- Ensure all food service staff maintain a smart appearance at all times.

- Liase with guests regarding their requirements, enquiries, complaints and compliments and take such action as may be necessary to ensure satisfaction and maintain the high quality standards of the hotel service.

Ideally you will come from a supervisory or team leader position in a high volume restaurant with a passion to develop your skills.
