WORKING HOURS: Full Time – Monday to Friday 08:30am – 5:30pm (No Evenings or Weekends)

Our client is proud to be 1 of 40 independently owned BT Partners and a division of the BT Local Business Group and specialises in the selling of communication solutions to small to medium sized companies and are currently looking for motivated, inquisitive and confident Sales Executive /B2B Sales Advisor's to join their existing team.
In return they offer a competitive basic salary, an uncapped bonus structure with realistic OTE's between £20K-£25k, full training is offered by the employer and genuine developmental opportunities as well as additional incentives throughout the year. Our client also has a proven track record of promoting in house / internally and recognising and rewarding talent!
THE ROLE: As a Sales Executive / B2B Sales Advisor you will be responsible for making outbound calls to identify business opportunities selling a full range of BT products and services including Broadband, Mobiles and our client's competitive Calls and Lines packages as well as retaining and up selling to existing customers. In addition you will identify and create opportunities for the field based sales team who visit the customer base selling larger solutions including telephone systems, cloud based systems and Data solutions.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the Sales Executive / B2B Sales Advisor role must be a self motivated and enthusiastic person who can be resilient and confident in making outbound calls, as well as someone who has an excellent telephone manner and experience in outbound sales would be beneficial. You should be well organised and have the ability to work on your own initiative without close supervision. Although not essential, previous experience in B2B (Business to Business) sales would be an advantage as would an understanding or experience within the telecoms market. Candidates who are confident, mature and naturally passionate about technology will excel within this position!
Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the Sales Executive / B2B Sales Advisor's role in Preston, Lancashire :-
- Self-motivated and competitive personality
- Confident and ability to make outbound calls
- Previous outbound sales experience would be beneficial
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work on own initiative without close supervision
- Although not essential, an understanding of telecoms market or previous experience in B2B sales would be desirable
