Job Description

A global software and technology company is seeking a Sales Executive based in Manchester City Centre to join its expanding team. Paying up to £30,000 basic plus uncapped OTE £50,000 in year one. As you would expect from a leading software business, the office is full of dynamic individuals who are well rewarded for success within this performance culture.

The company has a multi million-pound turnover with offices in the UK & Asia. Due to the current forecasts, the company will be growing the team from 3 staff to 8 staff by March 2018. This growth requires ambitious Executives who want to quickly develop into Field Executives OR Managers.

As the Sales Executive your duties will include:

• Generating new business opportunities from both incoming leads and targeted campaign-based outbound selling.
• Researching prospects and identify key contacts in a campaign lead strategy.
• Providing support by effectively managing your lead pipeline and developing a strategy for long-term sustained success.
• Using the CRM to manage customer interactions, the process and reporting.
• Participating in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, training, marketing efforts and customer care.

An ideal Sales Executive will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in a B2B environment with a hunter mentality.
• Ideally experienced in new business sales.
• Proven ability to perform at the highest level.
• Aspirations to progress to a Field Sales or Sales Management.
• Excellent access by Train or Tram to city centre office.

You will be working Monday – Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

In return, the Executive will receive a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum plus an uncapped OTE £50,000 in year one, 27 days holiday including your Birthday + Bank Holidays, a pension.
