Due to continued growth, the leading UK supplier of cloud based end to end recruitment software are looking for a talented, experienced and ambitious Sales Executive to join their business development team in Cannock.

You will be provided with extensive training and will be supported by a collaborative team. This role is highly rewarding because it enables you to achieve both individually and as part of a team whilst helping the company to retain its position at the forefront of the recruitment software market.

The role comes with a high commission structure and a great opportunity for you to develop your career in a growing industry sector.

As a Sales Executive, your main duties will include:

• Sourcing potential clients and building a rapport.
• Selling an award-winning range of products.
• Providing demonstrations both online and on-site.

To be a successful Sales Executive, you will have the following skills and experiences:

• Previous experience in a software sales role would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• The ability to develop new leads to maximise revenue generation.
• The ability to achieve targets and thrive within an environment that rewards effort.
• Previous experience using Microsoft Office.

In return, an Executive will receive a negotiable salary and a high commission structure.
