THE ROLE

I am seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Building Construction industry who has good English and reasonable or fluent German to join a firm of construction consultants in their Berlin office.

THE COMPANY

My client is a firm of construction consultants working closely with large clients on offices, retail, hotels, residential and other projects for new build, extensions, refurbishment and fit out.

They work on projects across Germany and sometimes in other countries.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Senior Project Manager in the construction industry with good English and German.

They ideally seek an ambitious Senior Project Manager who may come from a firm of construction consultants with good client facing and good organisation skills.

You will need to have a Degree or Diploma in a Construction / built environment subject and have good previous project management experience. You may also be MRICS, MAPM or similarly qualified.

You should be able to take the clients' brief, select consultants, chair meetings, take minutes, deal with the client, the professional team and the contractors and make sure that projects are run on time and within budget. You will ideally have used MS Project or similar and understand the whole construction process from inception to completion.

Excellent prospects for ambitious candidates within their Berlin office and an opportunity for promotion as my client is growing. Salary is negotiable according to experience.
