Job Description

I am now seeking a SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR who has at least six years experience of working for a firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants and who is keen to join a successful firm to work on high value London projects.

A background working for another UK firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants is essential.

You will be involved in pre and post contract work on projects that could be valued from £3m to £700m or more.

My client is a firm of construction consultants offering clients a range of services including quantity surveying, project management etc.

They are working mainly on residential based projects including mixed use, high rise, student accommodation, late living, build to rent, regeneration, prime residential and more. They also do some other projects including offices and hotels.

You will be a SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR who has a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying and ideally you will be MRICS qualified or have six years plus solid experience in a private practice QS firm.

You will need to have good pre and post contract experience.

You should be able to run your own projects of high value or work as part of a team and supervise less experienced quantity surveyors.

You will have a stable work record and have worked for a known UK firm.

You will work on projects across London and the South East or further afield when required

My client pays excellent salaries probably in the region of £65000 to £80000 per annum plus range of benefits plus performance related bonus, pension, professional fees etc.

Please either email me your c.v. via this website or give me, Denise Neville a call on [You must Apply on line] for an informal and confidential discussion.

PLEASE NOTE:- We will not send out your c.v. prior to discussing your experience, your requirements for a new position, along with discussing our client and the role.
