Sous Chef Brasserie Restaurant Witney Oxfordshire upto 26K Plus Tips and Live In

Sous Chef required to join the team at this superb Country Inn with award winning lounge bar and brasserie located in a small market town close to Witney

As Sous Chef you will be working closely with the Head Chef developing the menus and pushing the food operation further, increasing covers and profitability.

There is the possibility of bringing anyone from your current team if you have somebody that you would like to carry on working with.

Live in is available if required but would also suit applicants living in the Witney, Carterton, Burford, Northleach or Bourton-on-the-water with their own transport if required.

Base salary of upto £26,000 (depending upon experience)
Equal share of staff tips
Possible Live in available if required
28 Days Holiday
