Sous Chef Sudbury Suffolk upto 28K Plus Tips and Live In

Sous Chef required for this AA rosette award winning Country Dining Pub located close to Sudbury

The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef with previous experience of cooking with fresh local ingredients ideally with Rosette experience but this is not essential if you can demonstrate a level of creativity and cooking skills.

Your duties will include assuming responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence, working closely with the Head Chef helping with menu creation and development and assisting with the training and development of Junior Chefs.

There is live in available for this position if required but would also suit anyone living close to Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds, Braintree, Lavenham, Haverhill or Colchester area with their own transport

Salary of £26,000 - £28,000 (depending upon experience)
