Sous Chef Stamford Lincolnshire upto 24K Plus Generous Tips

Sous Chef required to complete the team at this fine dining restaurant pushing for 2 Rosettes.

The talented Chef owner is looking for a Sous Chef with previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients to join his small team cooking creative modern British cuisine with a variety of modern cooking techniques alongside a few classics with modern twists.

As Sous Chef you will be working as part of a team of 4 working closely with the Chef owner, assisting with the daily running of the kitchen organising and delegating the daily prep and cooking through service.

This position would suit anyone living in the Stamford, Market Deeping, Bourne, Peterborough or possibly Oakham Area with their own transport.

Base Salary upto £24,000 (depending upon experience)
Share of Generous tips (upto £4,000)
28 Days Holiday
Free Parking
