Sous Chef Tetbury Gloucestershire Upto 25K plus Tips and Live In

A Sous Chef required for this superb country house hotel and award winning Fine Dining Restaurant

As Sous Chef you will be expected to work closely with the Head Chef, deputising in his absence and assuming responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen. Part of your duties will include menu development alongside the Head Chef contributing ideas, creating and costing menus including daily specials and private dining menus.

To apply for this position you should have previous experience of Rosette standard cooking some previous functions experience

The ideal candidate will be organised, an excellent communicator, have experience of maintaining hygiene H+S records while being a hands on chef with exceptional attention to detail, good staff motivator and have the passion to constantly go the extra mile.

Live in is available but may also suit anyone located In the Tetbury, Malmesbury, Chippenham, Chipping Sodbury or Stroud area with their own transport.
