Sous Chef Bury St Edmunds Suffolk upto 26K Plus Tips and Live In

Sous Chef required to join the team at this luxury high end restaurant working alongside a Michelin trained Head Chef

The menu is constantly evolving and is based around using lots of local seasonal produce.  It offers a variety of menus throughout the day; with lunchtime and afternoons serving a good quality but casual dining menu with more refinement in the evening

As Sous Chef you will need previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients and have good all-round knowledge and experience. The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef who will actively take part in everything from ordering to on-going menu development and staff training

As Sous Chef you must display confidence and feel comfortable running service in the absence of the Head Chef, be able to lead by example and have the patience to help train and inspire junior chefs.

This position has Live In if required, but would also suit anyone living in the Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Cambridge or Mildenhall area with their own transport if required

Salary Upto £26,000 (depending upon experience)
Equal Share of Staff Tips
Live in Available
28 Days Holiday
