SALARY & BENEFITS: £16,300.00 starting + full training and DBS paid, outstanding development opportunities and the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications ( driver will get 40P per mile mileage)
WORKING HOURS: Contracted hours - full time / part time / bank hours are all available

THE ROLE: Support/Care Worker (Supportive living) - Norwich, Norfolk
A number of positions have become available in Norwich, Norfolk for dedicated and motivating Support Workers to help care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism or mental health issues. As a Support Worker you will play a key role in enabling the people they support to carry out all the tasks involved in daily life.
Key responsibilities: - Support/Care Worker (Supportive living)- Norwich, Norfolk
- You will be support adults with mental health needs or and learning difficulties either on site (NR3) or in the local community. Helping them to live independently in every aspect of their daily lives by providing them with personal care, mental wellbeing and personal finance support as required
THE CANDIDATE: Support/Care Worker (Supportive living)- Norwich, Norfolk
Ideally you will be an experienced Support / Care Worker with background in mental health or learning difficulties and with a relevant care qualification, but this is not essential. They have permanent contracts either Full Time (40 hours), Part Time or as a Bank worker. There are shifts available in the local community as well, but you will need your own car

Key experience for this role: - Support/Care Worker (Supportive living)- Norwich, Norfolk
• Hold a full UK driving licence and access to transport is desirable but not essential.
• Empathy, caring and sensitivity to the needs of others
Desirable, but not essential would be any previous experience working as Home Carer, Care Worker, Health Care Assistant, Support Worker, Nurses, Social Care Worker, Care Assistant, Mental Health Care Worker, Voluntary Worker.
