Job DescriptionSupport Worker
Come and join a leading provider of learning, physical and autism disability support services. Your day will involve encouraging and supporting people to achieve their outcomes and gain independence by providing opportunities and choice so that they may realise their potential.
You will be supporting individuals with personal care, daily living skills and enabling them to be fully involved in maintaining their homes. You will also support individuals to develop opportunities to take part in activities within the local community and beyond and maintain and develop contact with the people central to their lives.
You will need to be able to maintain accurate records, to prioritise and show initiative, and enjoy interacting with a variety of people. You will have basic computer skills.
It is not essential to have had previous experience as full training and regular supervision is provided so that you can develop your skills and progress in your career.

Full and part time shifts are available including evenings and weekends.
