Europe’s leading executive search and people consulting business, based in Berkshire and London, are looking to hire a fast thinking and creative Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their expanding team, working with new startups and innovators in the tech, social and digital space around the globe.

The Talent Acquisition Consultant Role:

 
Working alongside the funders, founders and leadership teams of some of the best brands in Digital and Technology, you will be based at their delivery hub in Ascot, Berkshire with occasional travel to London when required to work across both their Executive Search and Advisory functions.

 
This role is 100% delivery with no sales and targets at all, focusing on the management of key accounts, the craft of research and attraction of outstanding senior candidates. All new business and accounts come through referrals and recommendations (and there are plenty to go around). They have spent years nurturing these relationships and as a result have been consistently rewarded and recommended exclusive, high value business; testament to the high service, true care and commitment delivered to their clients.
 

You’ll be given a number of exclusive accounts across high-profile, early stage start-ups, as well as more established brands that have sought to retain our services. It’s straight in at the deep end but don’t worry, due to our structure and culture, everyone works in teams and are well supported by our fantastic project managers who, with your guidance, will look after all your admin and diary management so you can do what you do best – nurture, coach and develop Client and Candidates alike, fostering partnerships with those stars of the future, making waves in our ecosystem.

  • Focus more on quality over quantity, advising clients which candidates to hire based on your recommendation
  • Leading on the delivery of multiple executive searches across the UK, US and Europe
  • Working closely with the Board/Senior Execs/Founders to plan their hiring strategy
