UX - UI design intern - Birmingham

Job Type: Full-time

We're on the lookout for a creative visual design intern with a passion for creating digital services and UI/UX animations. You'll be working with some really exciting projects, supporting the design activities and creating service design deliverables, UI screens and branded templates for the company. The successful candidate will be an outgoing dynamic individual with a good background in Visual Design or other related fields. This is a varied role within a small team which is growing and will suit an enthusiastic, hard-working person with attention to detail.
The position is for a 3 month period which is unpaid which could also have a possibility of turning into a fully paid position after the 3 months.

Your responsibilities Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with and assist the design team. This can include any of the following:
Creating visual designs for UI use, user journeys, touchpoint maps and style guides
Participating in design and strategy workshops and contribute ideas, using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects
Supporting business development through designing pitches and presentations
Developing our new brand and applying it across different templates, case studies and deliverables

Your skills and experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about user and customer experience
Highly motivated and self-managing
You must have the legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom
