Workshop / Body-Shop controller - Liverpool, L20

Up to £25,000 pa depending on experience

The Role:
As Bodyshop Controller with you will manage the workshop efficiently and provide guidance to the team of technicians to ensure customer satisfaction measures and targets are met.
Responsibilities include supervising and motivating our team of Technicians and proactively reviewing daily workload to seek opportunities that will help drive performance.
You will maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing quality checks, resolving any issues, and re-assuring customers by providing all necessary information and advice
You will supervise the daily time keeping of technicians and manages authorised absence to ensure a consistent level of attendance
You will be responsible for complying with Health - Safety regulations and ensuring high standards of housekeeping and security are achieved and maintained within the bodyshop and surrounding areas
We are looking for a fully trained technician and prior bodyshop experience essential. You will be able to work under pressure and have effective management and leadership skills.
You will have an indepth knowledge of contemporary Bodyshop systems, technology and operating processes
A working knowledge of automotive technology, warranty systems and the franchise would be beneficial

The ability to exceed targets and deadlines is a must.
